We had a wonderful stay in a hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. the room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel like friends. the location was perfect, not far from the river and right in the center of town. the breakfast was tasty and served buffet style. We even had the opportunity to see monkeys running around the grounds in the morning.

the hotel is housed in a beautiful building close enough to elephants. everything very good. elephant bathing center was just a few steps away from the venue. we recommend it as we enjoyed this hotel.

Spending New Year's Eve at this hotel was a fantastic experience. the room was spacious, clean, and had a great hot shower. the breakfast had a variety of tasty options and the coffee was decent. the hotel's location was strategic, with easy access to various activities, shops and restaurants.
The hotel had a rather confusing layout, and it was a bit difficult to find our way around the different blocks of rooms. the staff seemed a bit disorganized as they forgot one of our requests in the room.

Had an amazing Xmas stay in a beautiful spot within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and always went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were nicely decorated and had plenty of space for all our luggage. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, offering a range of delicious hot dishes and fresh fruits. We also loved that the hotel had a pool to cool off in after a long day exploring the town.
Honestly, we can't think of anything we didn't like during our time at this hotel. It was the perfect location for our Xmas vacation, with great amenities, service, and proximity to local attractions.
